Time management and organizing activities
There are 35 minutes for each class and sometimes the periods were connect about 2 period per class. Therefore the first thing I had to manage was to set the content to fit with time.
In addition, I had 2 classes to teach in SIS Palembang, P4A and P4B.
I would teach them all I prepared, but in another classroom, I would teach the same but the activities would be changed, sometimes I had to cut it out and continued again in next period.


Classroom management
There were some moments that students got distracted by something and suddenly they started to speak or talk louder and louder.
Therefore teacher should stop it, we cannot stop it by shouting at students all the time. It could make bad relationship among students and teacher if teacher did like that many times. What teacher should do instead for shouting them was to stop every activity, and listened to what they are speaking, not many moments, they would realized themselves what they have done.
